We offer the following exercise classes:

Core Stability classes

Our core stability classes aim to improve stability and core strength. These classes have a maximum of six participants and are run by a physiotherapist.  They are circuit based including the use of gym balls, walking drills, mat work and balance boards.  They are appropriate for all age groups and fitness levels.   

 
Our class timetable is:
Tuesday 7.30am and 8.30am (Trish Cooper)
 
Saturday 9.30am (Nikki Scott)

Seniors Falls Prevention classes

The falls prevention classes for seniors are run at 9.30am on Thursdays by Trish and Louise.  They are aimed at gait retraining to improve balance, strength and general overall conditioning through the use of resistance training involving weightbearing exercises.  Theraband and hand weights are used to maintain bone density.  We enjoy morning tea after the class.
